Registration & Tickets

There are three types of ticket available for online purchase below:

Conference Registration

This ticket gives one person access to all aspects of the conference except the banquet which has limited seats and separate tickets are on offer below. We’re currently offering an early bird reduced price to encourage visitors to book early and organisation travel & accommodation.

1. Right to attend conference sessions
2. Reception at 6 pm on 20 Oct at the Earth and Sky New Astronomy Centre, on State Highway 8 in Tekapo village, just 250m from the conference venue
3. Morning and afternoon teas on 21, 22 and 23 Oct
4. Lunches on 21, 22 and 23 Oct
5. Right to offer a talk or poster at conference
6. Participation in optional tour of University of Canterbury Mt John Observatory at Lake Tekapo (details to be announced)
7. Right for optional participation in conference banquet at 7pm on 22 Oct

Accompanying Guest Registration

This ticket is to register one accompanying guest for someone who holds a full Conference Registration . This will allow the guest to attend the reception and the option visit of University of Canterbury Mt John Observatory, plus give them the option of purchasing a ticket to attend the banquet.

Conference Banquet

Each of these tickets will give one person who has full or guest conference registration the ability to attend the Conference Banquet at 7pm on the 22nd October at the Godley Hotel, Lake Tekapo. The venue can hold 100 diners and tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
